Before reporting any bugs, have a look at both the local bugs list (in the AWeb docs) and the online FAQ page. If you still want to report a bug, please supply as much relevant information as possible, e.g. system configuration, on which URL the bug was found, etc. If a bug doesn't seem to be reproducable, please spend a little time to discover a pattern in the circumstances under which the bug appears. If possible, also send enforcer hits along with the problem description.

If you use a version prior to AWeb 1.2 or 1.3, please get AWeb 1.2 or 1.3 and try again before reporting the bug. Chances are that the bug is fixed already.
