Sounds like you should have a look at "Visual Assist", which has a much
smarter name-lookup that doesn't take forever to find a name... It also
has other nice features like more syntax-colouring, underlining missing
symbols and stuff like that... I can't live without it at work. :)
I've never experienced that "100.0" triggers the symbol lookup though,
what version are you using?

Not if they are in different workspaces.. If they are in one workspace,
you can select "Build/Batch Build...", select all projects and
click on "Clean".
