All you do is get a pointer the mask from the datatypes functions (or
not if the image does not need a mask/has no transparent colour) and
then pass that pointer as the mask plane pointer in e.g.
BltMaskBitMapRastPort().

It's doesn't need inverted or anything, all the transparent parts will
be excluded by the mask which has been created for you.
