Try searching yahoogroups. You know, yahoogroups - the one that

Anyone who has access to a web-browser and can point it at
http://www.yahoogroups.com/ can set up a mailing list.
There are other sites... or you could set up your own... but this
one is good enough for the amiga-c mailing list ;)
