The new picture datatype api(v44) supports Multi image files
(PDTA_GetNumPictures, etc). supports dithering so sub-datatypes
should not remap themselves and should leave it to the picture
datatype. Check out the AutoDoc.
JPEG support needs support of all the other sub variant formats such
as Exif, Adobe, Photoshop, etc. and other datatypes may need
different compression support.
So there is always need of updating not just for bugs.
