Well I was going to suggest backing up your data,reformatting
the partition and copying it all over again,until I read your
last line:)Is this what you did?
Have you tried fixing the partition with PFSDoctor?Remember to
run it twice to make sure that it`s worked(get it to fix any
errors on the drive once,then do it again.Just in case you
thought I meant to run 2 copies at the same time:))
