Darkseed. I've never played it, but as a fan of the Alien Legacy (and H.R.
Giger's art) I'd like to give it a whirl :)

The intro sequence to that was fab, and I remember it taking me a week and
a half to figure out how to get past the black creature. :)

Can't say it did, heh. Mostly just made me laugh (with the skeletons dancing
etc)

I wouldn't say they were scary. They were basically just blast-em-up's.
Alien Breed 3D and it's sequel, they required a bit more... thinking. Made
them scarier. IMO.
