Except it doesn't only cost them £3.60. that's what they pay the Post Office.
On top of that there's the cost of the packaging, the cost of paying someone
to package and address each parcel, plus their time in taking it to hte Post
office and standing around while the POPerson fills out the forms. then
there's the time taken up with dealing with non-deliveries etc. For all that
work they charge less than two quid.
