Those envelopes are thin plastic, you still need protective packaging around
the item. Normally you'd put the item in aJiffy bag and put that in the SD
bag.

How much do you pay yourself for that? And for the time to take it to the
Post Office, check it's arrived andfollow up on non-deliveries?

Fine, don't buy from them. And find someone who doesn't have to charge VAT.
