the sims are in the anti-static bag, wrapped in a small amount of
bubble-warp, then in a small cardboard box, which is inserted into the SD
envelope/bag.

i would have thought a larger company like MD would have mail collected like
other places i have worked myself, then all you do to check is check the
royal mail webiste which takes about 30 secs or less. i've not had a SD go
missing, so i can't say how much time/hassle that involves.
