That's four layers of packaging they have to pay someone to wrap.

I don't think you can do that with Special Delivery. It has to be
stamped by the counter staff and the delivery time written on the form
by them. That's one of the reasons most companies use couriers, even
though they cost more than SD.

They used to give an excellent service, although I haven't bought from
them for some time. Their prices aren't as competitive as they used to
be, although they seem to be dropping again.
