I moved from BT a while ago and went with Screaming.net for phone line and
internet access. The name has changed to Tiscali for the phone line/calls and
WorldOnline.co.uk provide the internet time for me. I have problems sometimes
getting on to their web sites on the miggy side sometimes, but no problems
when I boot into Debian.
They have been fairly reliable generally, though a bit slow the last couple of
weeks.
