I've found the same, though I've never been able to pin down exactly
what the problem might be. Sometimes it will run perfectly, another
time it will crash three or four times in a session. Hooks and scripts
are often in use when this happens.
I see that an upgrade has been announced, though no stability problems
are mentioned.
