This seems to work (I don't usually use it):

Try highlighting it (it looks "indented") then Icon->Snapshot menu.
Note that if something else is where you are trying to put it it will
go elsewhere. Icon->Information or Right-Amiga-I to look at its
tooltypes (from the icon in the drawer), ICON_X and Y will be
updated if it snapshots alright. Double click WB icon to change
appearance etc.
