I preordered last week - well, why not? :-)
(I did it through KDH on credit card. no money to be taken from account
until package is posted to me - much better than those 'pre-order and lose
your money now' cons!)
I had trouble getting that form to accept my postcode for some reason,and could'nt order by card
I sent an E-mail to the provided address but haven't had a reply,so i don't if it is ordered or not.
