i had trouble too - so i added my postcode to the address section and
stuck numbers in the postcode part.
I *know* that works as I've received my letter from KDH - which stated
that no money was to be taken from card until delivery - as on my order in
the 'any question' part i said that if any money was to be taken before
the shipment of good than please CANCEL the order ;-)
