When did you install the software? How about re-installing at and trying
again? But try this first.

It ain't a dodgy card is it? ;-) Try using someone elses if need be. It
worked first time here with my Barclaycard/Visa and can't see why it
shouldn't work. Try running 'SnoopDos' and see if anything fails.
