Those TV Paint archives (if they are the original ones) are
self-extracting. Just prepare three blank formatted disks, and click
on the icons in turn - they will ask for a floppy and unpack to it.

The pdfs can be read straight off using apdf, they don't need anything
alse doing to them, just copy them where you want them.
