I'll bite :)

First of all, yes it's great news, cogs are turning etc.
But that's all it is. It's still wait and see.

Here's an alternative slant:

Still no AmigaOnes actually running anything.

Amiga OS 4.0 only running on development machines and the only
new things are a filesystem, TCP/IP core, 68K emulator and API for
PCI. These last two things don't sound hugely difficult to me.

Amiga OS 4.0 won't be available for bplan mobos. I thought 4.0 was
supposed to be able to run on any zico compliant machine ?

Show me a good DE game. I want to see Nemesis, Tetris, Galaga...
Not lots of games with marbles that look like they came from a
Gulf Air economy class in-flight entertainment system.

Amithlon, yeah that sounds good but UAE has been around for
donkeys years so it's not a big deal, I don't own a PC.
According to AI's show report "It is able to run most RTG programs at
speeds beyond that of a standard Amiga 060 chipset". I have never
heard of an "Amiga 060 chipset". I know I'm being a pedant but
it's this kind of mix up that causes confusion.

cheers
