most likely no - as the Amiga parallel port aint "all there". perhaps by
using the ZIP adapter you could get the right connectors accessible...but
then you've got to write a driver for it.
its FAR cheaper to get a bog-standard ATAPI writer...they dont even have
to sit inside a case as they're well sealed (thats how i had my CD drives
with my A1200 before towering up)
