So Bill should have compared it with a 7MHz 68000 or a 14MHz 68020?
Those were the CPUs the custom chips were built for. How much sense
would that have made.

Because your BlizzPPC is decidedly non-standard.

It is standard, in that it works with the factory supplied config. The
CPU libraries are basically drivers, and drivers are specific to
hardware. Why is this more important than discussing the Amithlon,
AmigaONE or OS 4.0.
