Is the GlobalCache file present in the databases subdir in your Cache dir?
This is the all important file.

Also, do you have the latest Cachebrowser version? There are newer versions
available than the one supplied with IBrowse 2.2. The latest is available
from http://groups.yahoo.com/group/ibrowse/files/ - you'll also need the
latest NList MUI classes too, from http://www.aphaso.de/download/beta/

If the problem isn't with the cache itself, I'm guessing that you've
upgraded either NList/NListtree or ICE, and one or the other has become
out of sync. The latest ICE uses the latest classes, and I know there
were problems with both older versions of ICE and the NList classes. My
advice would be to update everything anyway, since the latest version is
so much faster than the version supplied with IB 2.2.

Oh, and with two IBrowse postings in the same day, I should perhaps point
out that there is an IBrowse mailing list :)
