It's not missing security stuff, it's broken cookie handling on the
site. AWeb couldn't get in with either RFC compliant cookies or
Netscape style ones.

Send an email to sales@macwarehouse.co.uk explaining that you needed to
buy some stuff urgently but you couldn't get into their site with the
browser you had available (there's no need to say which one) because
their cookie handling relied on people using specific browsers. Tell
them not to worry though, because you were able to buy what you needed
elsewhere, from someone with a standards-complaint web site.

Mailing sales and telling them they lost a sale because of the web site
is far more effective than complaining to the webmaster, who would
probably just delete the mail.
