hi,
just checked out the latest SANE release:
heres there new list of supported scanners:-

UMac EPP parallel scanners are now supported....someones reverse
engineered their Parallel-SCSI chip ? I dont know but this should enable
all those cheaper scanners to now work on the Amiga..of *course* You'll
have to have an EPP printer port (IOBlix EPP clockport?)
