You really, really don't want to ask that particular question. Barclays
present Branch Accounting system (which is now being massively upgraded) was
introduced as a forced measure to cope with the switch to decimalisation. And
more alarmingly is considered one of the most advanced in the industry :/
But watch this space in terms of non-standard access. One of my duties is now
performance and feature planning for online access. Guess what I'm going to
be throwing into the pot... :)
