Lots of productivity software runs in such an environment. Gamers would
be better of with UAE.

Apart from the minor fact that £200 is a lot more than Amithlon will
cost, it would run a hell of a lot faster on even an outdated PC than a
1200/030, not to mention the vastly superior display.

Except it's dog slow, although the JIT stuff and a GHz processor helps.

I agree with that. fortunately the announcement states this is a
codename. I expect AMD would be less than impressed with a release
product using such a name.
