Go for it.
All that is needed is to stick to cross-platform standards. Then the
site should work on Macs, Linux, PDAs, web pads, etc as well as on
Amigas and Ataris and Acorns.
The rule is to keep all the clever stuff on the server and use nothing
proprietary (no Flash or Real) at the browser end. Javascript links are
a particular hazard, and completely unnecessary.
Get it right and I'll open an account.
