They are wrong there. Good banks and financial services sites work on any
computer.
I had a problem with one I use recently, it turned out to be a change of
account password problem but I did ask if the site had been "Windowsed"
recently, the reply was quite enlightening.

Its quite refreshing not to be told to download the latest version of
Internet Explorer :-)
