I think it would mainly be used when first setting up an account, and
most people wouldn't mind paying a few quid for the advice, so long as
they were not paying to listen to music.

When nothing seems to work, you are glad of any help even if it costs.

I don't think it would be a heavily used service by Amiga users, but
there could be large numbers of "semi-computer" users soon.
