Exactly my problem. Tried everything but no success.

Is there anyone out there with technical skill to make a patch?
I thought the game was too slow on my 020. With a 040 and a gfx card I'm
sure my opinion would change.
This should be a priority as far as game patches go. Sim City 2000 is
the only one of its kind and it's still a great game even after all these years.
