You can't, reliably. All 68030s are made with the MMU bits inside. Those
that pass all MMU tests are sold as MMU units. This means that some
non-MMU chips actually have partially working MMUs.

The only way to test for sure is to run LawBreaker with Enforcer
running. LawBreaker is in the Enforcer package.
