Hello eveyone.
Hope this hasn't been done to death before. The archives seem a bit sparse..
I'm having a nostalgia craving at the moment, and I'm trying to view the Worms
Director's Cut anims from CUCD 7 (Feb 1997).
There is a program called Playvideo in the directory which seems to be a CDXL
player. This is used by whoever authored the CD to play the files, but I don't seem
to be able to promote it onto a CGX4 screen mode.
CyberAVI and Action both come up as an unrecognised file type. I don't think
they're AVIs even though they all end with the extension .avi as the latest
Windows Media Player spits them out too...
Any ideas what I can use to watch them again? I've tried re-saving them using
the shareware version of Mainactor but I just get a scrambled AVI.
