| Subject: | Crashing - Help Needed |
Hi There...
I've just got around to reinstalling Blitz Basic after a long time away
from it, and it's misbehaving. Well, Ted is misbehaving.
I've installed everything, and when I ran BB, everything was fine -
only problem was that I had a Ted which was somewhat basic, and didn't
support 'save as ASCII'. Along came Ted 2.23 from BUM10, I installed it,
and it worked fine. I reset, and ever since it hasn't worked. I can
replace it with the old Ted 1.1, and it's fine, but Ted 2.23 just doesn't
want to work.
I've tried deleting the Ted prefs, but that doesn't make any
difference.
Can anyone help me out? I can't figure out what's going wrong! The
crashes vary - sometimes nothing happens, sometimes I see a black
screen, sometimes I see some screen corruption, but lots of time I
just get a reboot.
