I guess if it doesn't work by detaching the menus from the window (I
can't remember how) and then setting them again, then you will have to re-
create the menu strip. It probably calls LayoutMenuItem_() for each menu
item you create rather than just calling LoyoutMenus_() once when you
attach them to a window.
