You are, it's a different thing altogether. MUICycle will create a cycle object.
#MUIM_Window_SetCycleChain groups objects in a window together for keyboard
control (so that you can tab and activate objects without the mouse).

This can be done with #MUIA_CycleChain, but that doesn't seem to work with
#MUIA_Window_ActiveObject.
