Nothing unusual in replacing scsi.device in ROM... The same job Blizkick offers since years...
also Phase5' FFS supports HD > 4GB since years...

... but Format64 is CLI only and You need to put a some variable options
there as template if You like to use it as ordinary Dopus' style
command... for example:
dopus command "Dh0:C/Format64" program "format" desc "'Format'" template "'DRIVE/K/A,NAME/K/A,FFS/S,INTL/S,NOICONS/S,QUICK/S,NOVERIFY/S'"
That is why Opus' Arexx is need here IMHO...
