Download my util GHelpDeluxeMUI from Aminet. That does just that. The latest
version (not yet uploaded) also allows boolean searching of Guide files, and
dynamic updating of the index. I'm just giving it some final testing, and it
should be uploaded soon.
Hotkey support is built in :o) (and if you read AA, the faults mentioned in that
review have all been fixed)
