A win95-like VolumeControl for the deskbar although the replicator-technology makes it
easy to use in other places too. CTRL- or ALT-key while clicking icon launches Sound.
To install in deskbar launch VolumeControl from Terminal with 'VolumeControl -deskbar'.
Now with translation-kit support.
