  Description:  When the screen saver kicks in one of two things will
		happen. The first option is to have your screen painted 
		with random colours. The second option is for you screen 
		to slowly fade from Red to Green To Blue.
		The Password options in the setup form work in the same 
		way as the usual windows SCRs, exept that there is an 
		option call "track password attempts". with this box 
		checked, the program keeps a count of how many 
		unsucesful attempts have been made to enter you password
		NB VBRUN300.DLL req.
		Minor upgrade changes "nag" system
