Virtus 3-D Website Builder for Windows
March 1996

VRML (Virtual Reality Modeling Language) is an exciting new 
technology which will soon change computing for the masses. 
We've been developing 3-D visualization products for Macintosh 
and Windows for the last five years and are excited about the 
release of this new product, 3-D Website Builder.

Included with your product is our VRML browser, Virtus Voyager.
Currently, all VRML browsers are in a state of maturation, and 
ours is no different. Check the version number of the Voyager 
included on your CD against the one listed on the Virtus Website.

Windows 3.1 users
At the current time of development, there is not a Virtus 
Voyager for Windows 3.1 due to the unavailabilty of electronic 
libraries from Microsoft. We apologize for the inconvenience, 
but recommend that you search for other products that may 
support the Windows 3.1 platform.

Please register your software electronically by pointing your 
browser to the Virtus Registration page at:

PLEASE MAKE A NOTE

Please add a clarification to page 63 of your manual: 
"Relative URLs only work for local files.  For files to be
used across the Internet, use absolute URLs (see page 62)."


TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Registered users will enjoy 90-days of free technical support by 
phone, fax or electronic bulletin boards (see below). 
International customers outside the U.S. and Canada can phone 
for technical assistance and will receive special priority to 
minimize their toll charges. We regret that Virtus Customer 
Service cannot place or return technical support calls outside 
the U.S. and Canada.

If you can't find an answer to a question in the 3-D Website 
Builder User's Guide, we can help you best if you call us while 
at your computer with the software running. Also, please have 
your serial number ready to give to us. You'll find it on the 
inside cover of your User's Guide and the bottom of the product 
box.

Technical support is available from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST Monday 
through Friday. You must have your serial number or contract 
service number ready to give to us when you call, fax, or write 
us requesting technical support. When you write to us, always 
include your daytime phone number.

(For technical support regarding the Oracle PowerBrowser,
please see the README.NOW file in the folder for the 
PowerBrowser.  The Oracle number is 1-800-423-0166.)
