The above program will automatically install
the Startup/shutdown screens for you when
you choose that setting.

Otherwise:
Logo.sys  - goes in C:\     Directory
LogoW.sys
LogoS.sys - both go in C:\Windows    Directory

NOTE: Be sure to back up your original logo.sys
files before you overwrite with these.
