To make Smiley Screen Saver your current screen saver;

1) Press the start button.
2) Choose Settings - Control Panel.
3) When the Control Panel folder opens, double click on 
   the "Display" icon. This will open the "Display Properties"
   box.
4) Choose the Screen Saver tab.
5) Choose Smiley from the drop down list box.
6) If desired, click settings to set the options available 
   for Smiley Screen Saver.
7) Click the "Apply" button.
8) Click the "OK" button.
