WebBandit is a fully automated, multi-threaded, hyperlink-following, resource finding webspider. 
Its a 32-bit Windows 95/NT 4.0 application that retrieves resources from the Internet based
on filtering constraints and keyword searching.

Wb21007t.exe is a self-extracting file. 
When run, the setup program is extracted to the
Windows temp directory.  The setup program will then run 
and the program will install to the 
\Program Files\JWSG\WebBandit2.1\  directory.
wb210.exe is the name of the application program.
