It's such a simple idea, it's a wonder Microsoft didn't incorporate it into Explorer: a utility which shows you the disk space that is taken up by all the folders on your hard drive, floppy drive and CD, in Windows 95. It's extremely useful for keeping track of what happened to all that free space you thought you had.
