All your configuration information will be saved. -------------------------------------- MENU OPTIONS · New Game - Resets both local and remote game boards. · Configure - Allows setting of local ip address and name. · Remote · Host - Click to host a game. Allows opponent to connect to you. · Cancel - Click to cancel connection. · Connect · Add - Allows adding new opponent name & ip address. · (Names) - Name of opponent. Click on desire opponent to connect to them. The opponent must be hosting a game. · About - Displays about box giving information about the game. -------------------------------------- HOW TO PLAY THE GAME You can set you ships either before or after a connection is made. You have three ships : BattleShip - takes 5 spaces Cruiser - takes 4 spaces Submarine - takes 3 spaces Click on the ship you wish to set, then click on the Grey grid. Each square clicked on will display a 'B' for boat. On each click, a 'B' will also appear in 'Your Grid' and a label beside the button of the current boat will display how many more spaces need to be selected. After all boats have been placed, the play button will be enabled and should be clicked to start the game. Upon clicking the Play button, the Grey grid will be cleared. The Host will have the first turn. To shoot, click on the Grey grid. If a hit is registered, the square will display an 'H', otherwise it will display an 'X'.
