WARNING MESSAGES Some users may experience the following messages: I) Share.exe not installed Add the following line to the autoexec.bat C:\DOS\SHARE.EXE /L:500 /F:5100 (If you use a memory manager i.e. QEMM, MEMMAKER,etc. run the optimizer to load SHARE.EXE into upper memory.) After making the above change to autoexec.bat, you must REBOOT your system for the changes to take effect. If you are not sure whether SHARE.EXE is loaded, go to DOS prompt and type in mem /c | more this will show all the programs/drivers loaded in the various regions of memory. If SHARE is not listed, it is not loaded. This sometimes happens to people with many drivers loaded. If you see a message regarding insuffient memory when the computer is loading the autoexec.bat you may have to manually type share.exe /L:500 /F:5100 at the DOS prompt. Luckily, this is a very rare occurence, but I mention it just in case it applies to you. II) Cannot find VBRUN300.DLL (occurs during execution) VBRUN300.DLL is the Visual Basic 3.0 Run-Time DLL. Since the file is nearly 400K in size, it was not included to conserve your download time. If you cannot find this file on your drive (usually it's in the WINDOWS\SYSTEM Directory), you can download it from the Microsoft Library. On CompuServe type: GO MSL, and search for the file. ------ End of Text ---------
