1. The program's purpose. Makin' Muscles is a comprehensive fitness training software program ideal for individual trainees and organizations like health clubs and sports teams. It features a complete system of pre-defined workout routines, including special "sport specific" training programs, with over one hundred exercises. Individual workout routines are be easily recorded for an unlimited number of trainees. Charts and detailed reports are used to monitor personal progress. Virtually every aspect of Makin'Muscles, such as the exercises, machines used for the exercises, and workout routines, are easily customized by the user. 2. If installation is required, how to install it. Makin' Muscles is a Microsoft Windows 95 application which is installed (after being unzipped) by running the included Setup.exe program. 3. The status of the program (Public Domain, Freeware, Shareware) Shareware. 4. The program's distribution status, i.e. freely distributable or limitations on distribution. The zipped file may be freely distributed. It may be tried for a 30 day trial period after which time the user must obtain a license number from Kist Software. 5.
