Copyright Notice and Licence Agreement

Skelton Software ("Company") grants to you the right to use the
enclosed software (the "Software") solely for the purpose of
determining whether you wish to purchase a licence for the full
product.  You may not sell, loan, rent or lease any product
developed using the Software or derive any financial benefit
from the Software or from its use.

The Software is owned by Company or its suppliers and is protected
by the copyright laws of England, the United States of America and
other countries, and international treaty provisions.  Therefore,
you must treat the Software like any other copyrighted material
(e.g. a book or musical recording) except that you may copy the
Software solely for you or other parties to evaluate whether you
or they wish to purchase a licence for the full product.  You may
not copy any written materials longer than two pages accompanying
the Software.

You may not loan, rent or lease the Software, but you may transfer
the Software and accompanying written materials on a permanent
basis provided you retain no copies of any written materials and
the recipient agrees to the terms of this Agreement.  You may not
reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software.

You may not use, copy, modify, or transfer the Software or any copy
in whole or in part, except as expressly provided in this licence.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Company or its
suppliers.

Company warrants that the Software will perform in substantial
compliance with the supplied documentation both written and on disk
for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of receipt, or such
other period as may be specified in laws in the country of supply.
Company's entire liability and your exclusive remedy shall be, at
Company's option, either (a) the return of the price paid or (b) the
repair or replacement of Software that does not meet Company's above
warranty and which is returned to Company with a copy of your
receipt for purchase of Software.  This warranty is void if failure
of Software results from accident, abuse, or misapplication.  The
warranty of any replacement Software runs for the remainder of the
original warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer.

Company and its suppliers shall under no circumstances be liable
for any claims, damages or losses whatsoever including but not
restricted to any claims for lost profits or special incidental or
consequential damages stemming from the use or inability to use
the software and/or documentation regardless of the circumstances,
even if Company or its suppliers have been advised of the
possibility of such damages.

The Software and documentation are provided with Restricted Rights.
Use, duplication, or disclosure by the U.S. Government is subject
to restrictions as set forth in subparagraph (c)(1)(ii) of The
Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at DFARS
252.227-7013 or in subparagraphs (c)(1) and (2) of the Commercial
Software -- Restricted Rights at 49 CFR 52.227-19, as applicable.
Manufacturer is Skelton Software, Kendal Cottage, Hillam, Leeds
LS25 5HP, England.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be or becomes
unlawful the remaining provisions shall continue in full force
and effect and this Agreement shall be construed in all respects
as if such unlawful provision was omitted.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England.

All trademarks are acknowledged.  In particular, MS-Windows is a
trademark of Microsoft Corp., Visual Objects, Clipper and/or
CA-Clipper are trademarks of Computer Associates International, Inc.
