Re-introduced into the Grand Prix calendar in the 1995 season after
a break of over a decade. Like most circuits in South America, Buenos 
Aires is quite bumpy, particularly at the end of the back straight.
Overtaking is difficult as it is quite narrow and twisty; the cars run 
a lot of downforce as cornering is more important than top speed.
