When you use or install Cyclocke that means you agree to the terms
in Cyclocke.txt.

 To install Cyclocke:
                         Choose Run from the File menu of Windows
Program Manager , or the Start menu of Windows 95.

 then type    A:SETUP 
  
       (where A: is the drive/directory of the Cyclocke files)

 To install manually, read install.txt to see what setup does.
